These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://summerlinmedspa.com/ (the “Site”) and any services, communications, or content provided by Bliss Wellness and Beauty Domestic Professional LLC (formerly Blissfill Escape, PLLC), doing business as Summerlin MedSpa by Bliss Wellness and Beauty (“Summerlin Med Spa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, submitting a form, using our chat window, or communicating with us by phone or text message, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site, submit information through the Site, or receive messages from us. By using the Site you represent that you are 18 or older.

Our Services

Summerlin Med Spa is the trade name under which Bliss Wellness and Beauty Domestic Professional LLC provides aesthetic and wellness services at our Las Vegas, Nevada location at 4245 S. Grand Canyon Dr. #117, Las Vegas, NV 89147, located inside HUE Lux Suites. The Site provides general information about those services and allows you to request information, request an appointment, or contact our team.

No Medical Advice

The content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Viewing the Site, submitting a form, or communicating with us through the Site does not create a provider-patient relationship. Results vary from person to person, and no result is guaranteed. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or treatment decision. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Site.

Do not submit detailed health information, treatment history, or sensitive personal details through website forms, the chat window, or text message. These channels are not secure.

Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations

Appointment requests submitted through the Site are requests only and are not confirmed until our office confirms them with you directly. Deposits, cancellation windows, no-show fees, and rescheduling policies are provided at the time of booking and are subject to change.

SMS Text Messaging Terms

Program description. Summerlin Med Spa operates an SMS program that sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling and rescheduling notices, customer service replies, and, for contacts who have separately opted in, promotional offers and specials.

How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from Summerlin Med Spa at the mobile number you provide by opting in through the chat window on our Site, or by giving express written consent in person or in writing at our location. The SMS consent checkbox is always separate from acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and is never pre-selected.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to purchase any goods or services from us, or to submit any form on our Site.

Consent is specific to the message type. Consent to receive appointment reminders does not authorize us to send promotional messages. Promotional messages are sent only to contacts who have separately opted in to receive them.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may be charged to your account.

Opt out. You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further text messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by submitting a request at https://summerlinmedspa.com/contact/.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers. Message delivery is subject to the availability of your mobile carrier’s network. Not all carriers or handsets are supported.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging platform providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Web Chat and Contact Forms

Our Site may include a chat window and contact forms. Information you submit through these tools, including your name, email address, and mobile phone number, is used to respond to your inquiry and to contact you about our services. If you consent to text messaging through the chat window or a contact form, the SMS Text Messaging Terms above apply.

Chat responses may be automated or handled by our staff. Do not use the chat window for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Submit another person’s phone number, email address, or personal information without their permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or with any other user’s use of the Site

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, before-and-after photography, video, and design, is owned by Bliss Wellness and Beauty Domestic Professional LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party site or service is governed by that party’s own terms and privacy policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bliss Wellness and Beauty Domestic Professional LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bliss Wellness and Beauty Domestic Professional LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
