You may opt in to receive text messages from Summerlin Med Spa by opting in through the chat window on our Site, or by providing express written consent in person or in writing at our location. SMS consent is always optional and is never a condition of purchase or of submitting any form.

Consent is specific and is not transferable. Consent you give for one type of message does not extend to another type.
