Immediately, though not the final version. You will see a difference as soon as you sit up, and the settled result appears once swelling resolves at around two weeks.
Commonly up to a year, though it varies by area and by person. Areas that move a great deal tend to metabolise filler faster than areas that do not.
The area is numbed first and most fillers contain their own anaesthetic. Most patients describe pressure rather than pain.
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved, which is one of the reasons we use them. It is worth waiting the full two weeks first, because early swelling misleads people.
Not if it is placed conservatively. The aim here is that people notice you look well rather than noticing the filler, and that is a matter of how much and where.
